!False report about Nakba Gathering!

Hiphophuis hosts the Nakba commemoration organized by Netwerk Palestina. We opted for modest promotion. The event was carefully planned months ago, with attention to the timing of the commemoration for the victims of World War II. We believe in the importance of remembrance without discrimination. Honoring and learning from the past is a path to liberation and healing.

We are deeply disappointed and angered by the recent article in De Telegraaf, written by De Telegraaf journalists. The article contains unverified information and appears to aim at sowing hate and polarization. We fully distance ourselves from the claims and insinuations in the article.

Hiphophuis condemns all forms of hate-mongering and polarization and will continue to support those who suffer from and fight against oppressive systems. We will not be intimidated.
