Hiphophuis is immediately looking for an administration employee in the financial department. Hiphophuis has been one of Rotterdam's most important places for arts, culture and community for 20 years in the HipHop community; it is a breeding ground for the experience and development of HipHop culture. We have a broad programming that starts from the development of skills in dance, DeeJaying and music. But also creating a cultural context through talks, club nights, film, exhibitions and community events. We work demand-oriented and in collaboration with creatives, organizations and communities. Classification: Scale 7 Collective Labor Agreement for Art Education
Scope: 24 hours

 

Core of the function:

 

The administration employee is responsible for the financial administration. The
administration employee provides a solid foundation on which the organization and the
people who work there can build and trust. You also have an affinity with the cultural sector and street culture.

 

Tasks:

 

Maintaining and processing financial administration, including:
● Manage mailbox invoices;
● Enter invoices and have them approved;
● Archive invoices
● Prepare overview of invoices for payment;
● Prepare rental invoices
● Book sales
● Collect and process mail

 

Skills and competences:
● Relevant training in financial administration;
● Knowledge of Exact Online and knowledge of Spendcloud
● Accuracy for error-free administration
● Shows initiative and is proactive in creating a reliable basis with others
departments
● Good communication skills, inspires confidence
● Good verbal and written communication skills, open attitude towards
